PwC Netherlands recruits a minimum of 750 new employees every year. The recruitment department organises different activities for high potential students. But how can PwC distinguish itself from its competitors?

Solution.

PwC has been a sponsor for the KNVB and the Dutch national team for years. We combined the insights from the Dutch national team with the objectives of PwC recruitment. Based on the idea that both National coach and PwC select the high potentials, we developed a labour market concept. That offers young talents the possibility to get acquainted with PwC around national team games. Ex-international and Talent scout Arthur Numan is ambassador of the project and guides the participants during the program.

Result.

  • An increase in the number of registrations compared to other recruitment activities.
  • 65% of the participants are included for a follow up process. Eventually, 11% of the participants were hired by PwC.
